Green pepper pork medallions with white truffle mushroom sauce

A second of meat tasty and rich, with cream and white truffle flavored mushroom sauce for a dish that will surprise.


  • 4 medallions of 200 g each
  • 60 g of Versilfood truffle cream
  • 200 g of cooking cream
  • 2 teaspoons of green pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Versilfood white truffle flavored mushroom sauce


Heat a pan and add the truffle cream, then lay the meat and cook for two minutes on each side.

Add the cream and the green peppercorns, leaving them in infusion for a few minutes.

Add salt to taste and garnish with a little of white truffle flavored mushroom sauce.
