Béchamel (skimmed milk, cream, wheat flour, starch (gluten), salt, thickener: xanthan gum (E415), natural nutmeg aroma), champignon mushrooms 20% (Agaricus bisporus), aroma, white truffle 0.2% (Tuber magnatum Pico).
