Soft and delicious donut cake with extra strawberry jam

A sweet fresh, genuine and easy to prepare, perfect for breakfast or for a snack, made special by the sweetness and the unique flavor of the strawberry jam.


  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of seed oil
  • 250 g of flour
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 1 sachet of vanilla yeast
  • Grated lemon rind
  • Versilfood strawberries extra jam


In a bowl beat the eggs with sugar and then add, little by little, the seed oil, flour and milk.

Add the yeast and lemon zest.

Pour the dough into a buttered mold and spread on the surface the extra strawberry jam. Bake the donut at 180° for 40 minutes.

Once ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool before tasting.

If you want you can also add a dusting of icing sugar on the surface.
