Galettes with ham, cheese and white truffle cream

A French recipe that combines the goodness of classic Italian ingredients: oil, cheese and truffle. A unique dish with an international soul.


  • 50 g flour 00
  • 150 g buckwheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g of cheese type Montasio
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Versilfood white truffle cream
  • 150 grams of cooked ham
  • Salt
  • Butter


First, pour the eggs into a bowl, adding the milk, water and oil, whisking to incorporate air.

Add the sifted flour and stir until the mixture is well mixed.

After letting the mixture rest in the refrigerator for half an hour, heat a non-stick frying pan for crêpe, melt some butter to grease it and when it is hot place a ladle of batter in the center.

Cook for a few minutes per side, then stuffed with Montasio cheese, cooked ham and the white truffle cream, for a delicate touch.
