Boules of figs, castelmagno, speck and truffle honey
An aperitif with figs, cheese and truffle honey. Chic, easy and delicious!
- 12 medium figs
- 30 g of Castelmagno cheese
- 12 slices of bacon
- Specialities based on Versilfood truffle honey
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Peel the figs and open them slightly in the middle, then insert a piece of Castelmagno cheese and seal with a slice of bacon all around.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and sprinkle with truffle honey.
Serve them lukewarm for a chic aperitif.
