Soft muffins with chocolate chips and blueberry extra jam
A combination of innovative flavors for dessert simple but delicious perfect for breakfast or for the sweetest moments that puts everyone in agreement.
- 200 g flour
- 90 g sugar/span>
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder for cakes
- 1 egg
- 80 ml milk
- 80 g butter
- 80 g Yogurt
- 80 g dark chocolate chips
- Extra Versilfood blueberryextra jam
In a bowl add the flour with sugar, yeast and chocolate chips.
In another container beat the eggs together with yogurt, milk and butter previously melted and cooled.
Pour the liquid mixture into the flour bowl and mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Butter and flour the muffin mould – or use cups. In each of them then add the dough and a teaspoon of blueberry extra jam.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ºC for about 30 minutes.
