Green pepper pork medallions with white truffle mushroom sauce
A second of meat tasty and rich, with cream and white truffle flavored mushroom sauce for a dish that will surprise.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 medallions of 200 g each
- 60 g of Versilfood truffle cream
- 200 g of cooking cream
- 2 teaspoons of green pepper
- Salt to taste
- Versilfood white truffle flavored mushroom sauce
METHOD
Heat a pan and add the truffle cream, then lay the meat and cook for two minutes on each side.
Add the cream and the green peppercorns, leaving them in infusion for a few minutes.
Add salt to taste and garnish with a little of white truffle flavored mushroom sauce.
