A simple appetizer to make but delicious: the unique flavor of dried Porcini Mushrooms is able to make each dish a masterpiece of taste.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 g of dried Versilfood Porcini mushrooms
- Cream cheese
- Chili
- Garlic
- Onion
- Evo oil
METHOD
Soak the dried Porcini mushrooms in half a liter of warm water for at least 2 hours.
After the necessary time, drain and gently dry with a clean cloth.
Chop the garlic and onion and sauté in a pan with oil, then add the dried Porcini mushrooms, making them well brown for about 10-15 minutes.
Toast the bread in a pan with oil until crispy. Add the chili pepper to the cream cheese, spread the cream on the slices and finally add the Porcini mushrooms.
